Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Company (????????????) is an automobile manufacturing company based in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province China found in 1998. It is a joint venture between Toyota Motor Company and First Automobile Works and produces the first Toyota Prius hybrid car manufactured outside Japan. There are currently 2 other branches under the FAW and Toyota joint venture which are Changchun City, Jilin Province and another in Tianjin where it is shared with the Xiali brand.
